Commercial AV and kiosk installation · Easton, Pennsylvania
Three Card Solutions
A field-installation contractor was selling to multi-site operations leads through a Google Sites default template with no form and a phone number that was not even a link. The replacement answers coverage, crews, insurance and who answers the phone before the visitor has to scroll.

Project wins and impact
Tap to callOn every screen
Buyers can call in one tap
The phone number was plain text that a phone visitor could not tap. It is now a tap-to-call link and the loudest control on every screen, next to a new quote form.
100%Email kept
Nothing lost in the domain move
The domain moved to the new site without a single email going missing.
100%Contrast pass
Easy to read
Every colour pairing on the site passes accessibility contrast, on a dark capability sheet that states coverage the buyer can check.
Before
- A Google Sites default template: one welcome paragraph, four images, no enquiry form.
- The phone number set as plain text rather than a link, so a phone visitor could not tap it.
- Opening line “we’re delighted to have you here”: the exact register the buyer does not read.
After
- A dark capability sheet with the phone number as the loudest control in every viewport.
- A quote form, and the number as a tap-to-call link.
- Coverage stated as a claim that holds: Easton base, Mid-Atlantic and Northeast, nationwide by arrangement.
What we delivered
- Brief to live site in one working day, delivered from London
- Ten sections built around the four questions an operations lead asks before ringing a contractor
- Eight palette pairings computed to the WCAG 2.1 formula, lowest passing ratio 5.02:1
- The existing crest redrawn to hold at 16px, where the original collapsed
- Domain moved off Google Sites with the Google Workspace mail records verified against a pre-change capture

Will was the real deal and a real pleasure to work with. He took us from having a basic generic Squarespace template to having a custom-built website designed exactly around our needs. I know he spent hours fine-tuning all the details, redrew our logo and handled our domain migration without any email interruption. Beyond that, Will wasn't just a developer: he made it clear he genuinely cares about the relationship and our success for the long term. Just for example, when we had a late-night server crisis, he jumped online and resolved the problem right away. He was extremely detail-oriented and communicated complex technical ideas in plain English. If you want someone to treat your business like his own, hire Will.
