The partnership
A site nobody looks after quietly stops working.
The contact form stops sending and nobody notices for a month. The plugins go out of date and it gets hacked. Your opening hours are wrong all through Christmas. You slip off page one and never find out why. For a fixed monthly fee, none of that is your problem.
We do not hand over a site and disappear.

Straight answers
What’s the catch at £650?
No office, no sales team, no account manager between you and the person building it. You are paying for the work, not the overhead.
Who owns it afterwards?
You do, from day one. Every account is set up in your name with your card. Walk away whenever you like and it all comes with you.
What happens after launch?
That is where the partnership starts. The build is a fixed one-off; from launch, the care plan keeps us on your side: hosting, security, your changes made for you, and a named person who replies.
How fast can it actually go live?
It depends on the size of the site and how quickly your content arrives. We agree a date with you in the quote and we hold to that date.
What does the care plan actually cover?
Hosting, SSL and backups kept current. Content and page changes made for you. Search positions checked monthly and reported quarterly.
Is the care plan optional?
Not for the first three months. Those are paid with the build. After that, entirely.
Who pays for hosting and software?
You do, directly, at the provider’s own price. We take no markup and we hand over the receipts.
Can I start with one package and add the others later?
Yes. Most start with the website and add local search once it is live and indexed.
Can I combine the offers?
No. If you qualify for more than one, you get the best single one applied to the order.
What if I already have a website?
Then the search setup or the enquiry handling on its own may be the better buy.
What do you need from me?
Your logo and brand files if you have them, copy or raw notes, access to your domain, and one decision-maker.
